Incredible service all the girls are amazing amy especially shes such a creative intelligent young up and coming stylist fully qualified always a total professional attitude in the workplace always kind and bubbly never not been offered a cup of tea and a biscuit. Amy Highly higly recommended !!!!!!!

1st time I visited i was advised I could see someone new at a reduced rate. We're they qualified yes I was told she did a dodgy root colour that was not a base colour so not goid. But deciding to return and talk through colours to correct it, a senior stylist advised a base colour (which is what I had always had!) Brilliant I thought. So Amy put the highlights on. Cups of warm drinks and mags a plenty. Got home highlights looked like I'd done them myself. Botched bright and pale highlights inconsistent patchy and blocked by Amy not going up to the root. I called up and advised that it was to patchy to overlook and for nearly 90 I wasn't going too!. I went back in for Amy to do a correction I was happy did a big smile and greet because after all we all make mistakes. But no, no smile no hello only a "I seen you were in the diary" no warmth no friendliness, the forced after thought as she was walking away was "did you wants drink" said so dry my throat closed over. The resting B face was painful i wanted to leave as it was embarrassing and demeaning as a client yo sit whilst this person screw faced their way through the process. No apology I made a mistake or sorry you had to take time off work to come I and have a correction. I don't want begging but a simple acknowledgement would of been nice! But no! She ended with a fake happy smile infront of the other hairdressers who were oblivious to the down right rude behaviour towards me. Amybis putting her prices up. Well you won't het s loyal customer base if you can't take that you made s mistake and need to correct it sometimes. I'm easy going but she was rude and unprofessional steer clear of Amy.
All the staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome! Lovely place to relax and have your hair done! Will be returning!!
