Absolutely terrible company. They have left me with an unresolved issue with our hot tub and are being increasingly difficult in helping us get to the root cause. Refusing to speak to me and answering my questions over email. If you are looking for a hot tub Id recommend to look elsewhere.
Honestly one of the best companies I've dealt with for a very long time! And they are selling an amazing product, cannot fault it. Antony and team are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time, the guys got it into the garden (easy said then done), set it up, filled it and made sure everything was ready before leaving. The control unit failed after a couple of weeks, they sent out the team again to replace it within days. A+++++ service.
Absolutely Fabulous.I run a multi award winning accommodation business and only ever seek the best for my guests.My friend with self catering accommodation has one of these lovely round hot tubs and who better to demonstrate one to me than my friend when I went to admire her new purchase! My partner and me were totally taken with the round cedar hot tub which also has pretty mood LED lighting, lots of jets and is set off in beautifully banded wood. I just had to have one - and because I have an accommodation business I bought two and have now just put in an order for yet another - this time a top of the range Hot Tub. To be quiet honest I am so utterly taken with the hot tubs the third is really going to see me in it the most I suspect!You are given a lesson on the care and maintenance of water quality when the tub arrives. I would recommend that after purchase you take the time to read the brochure and take a real interest in maintaining the water quality. It really is easy when you know how - don't be daunted, take it one step at a time and the best thing is that Antony and his team are always at the end of a phone to answer any questions no matter what. I would recommend the purchase of an inexpensive manually operated acqua vac to suck any bits out of the bottom of your tub - but there is now an ever growing online shop for product purchases. I am glad I also purchased an easy lid lifter which saves getting grass cuttings on the cover and makes it easy to remove the cover without pulling on the skirt of the cover. What really amazed me is that on the occasional frosty morning we have had this winter the cover is so good at keeping the water warm inside the frost still sat on top of the cover so there really is no heat escaping. Now that really does prove the tub's eco credentials. I found this company to be straightforward to deal with, my endless initial questions were answered politely and with caring kindness. I went to the office for a demonstration before purchase and saw the tub in action. Nothing has been too much trouble for Antony and his team.
My wife purchased an Urban Cedar Hot Tub for me as a birthday present. When the tub was delivered it was wrapped in a huge red bow which was fantastic. The guys were really professional, friendly and efficient during the installation and the tub looks absolutely brilliant on our decking. Many thanks to Anthony and the team for making my birthday extra special.
